Are your products made to order?
Yes. All of our physical products are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and create thoughtfully produced items as a small business.
Do you sell both digital and physical products?
Yes. We offer both digital downloads (such as planners and journals) and physical products (such as candles and woven throws).
Digital Products
How do digital products work?
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. You’ll receive a download link via email and on your order confirmation page.
Are digital products refundable?
No. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds once delivered.
What if I have trouble downloading my digital product?
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital file, please contact us at contact@sarouse.com and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
Physical Products
Can I return or exchange a physical item?
Because physical products are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Ordering the wrong size, color, or variation

Changing your mind after purchase
Please double-check your order details carefully before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or design issue, we’re happy to offer a free reprint or refund.
To report an issue:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery

Provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue
There is no need to return the damaged item.
What is post-delivery issue reporting?
After delivery, you may receive an unbranded email allowing you to report any issues directly.
If an issue is reported:

The request will be reviewed by our fulfillment partner

A free reprint or refund may be issued if approved

You will be notified of the outcome
This process helps ensure faster resolutions and does not reference any third-party fulfillment provider.
Do you offer a 30-day return window?
Yes, select physical products such as candles and woven throws may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:

Unused

In original condition and packaging
Return eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
