Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we experience high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a delay.

Custom or made-to-order items may take longer and will be noted on the product page.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

You can also log in to your account on our website to view order updates.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (unless specifically stated).

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations in certain countries.
Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@sarouse.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we rely on the shipping carrier to complete the delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.
