We want you to feel confident in your purchase and understand exactly how returns, refunds, and issues are handled. Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds once delivered.

If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


Physical Products 

All physical products are made to order, which helps us reduce waste and offer thoughtfully produced items as a small business.

Because of this:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for ordering the wrong size, color, or product variation

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted if you change your mind after purchase due to how our products are made to order. We do value your experience here and understand mistakes happen, reach us at contact@sarouse.com and we will contact you as quickly as we can. 

Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or design issue, we will gladly offer a free reprint or refund.

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue

There is no need to return the damaged item.


Post-Delivery Issue Reporting 

For physical products, you will receive an post-delivery email allowing you to report any issues directly.

If there is an issue with their order, you can report it directly to our Support Team and request a free reprint or refund.

If an issue is reported:

  • Our fulfillment partner will review the request

  • A free reprint or refund may be issued if the claim is approved

  • You will be notified of the outcome

This process helps ensure faster resolution and does not reference any third-party fulfillment provider.


30-Day Return Window (Eligible Physical Products Only)

Select physical products, such as candles and woven throws, may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition and packaging

Return eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Products ordered in the wrong size, color, or variation

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Used or altered items


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the request has been reviewed and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
